1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Hotel Management System website and booking services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Booking and Reservations
2.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.
2.2 Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking or as specified in your booking confirmation. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
2.3 Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking is the price displayed at the time of booking confirmation.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation: Cancellation policies vary by room type and booking dates. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms.
3.2 No-Show: Failure to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of your entire booking amount.
3.3 Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Check-in and Check-out
4.1 Check-in: Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
4.2 Check-out: Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
4.3 Identification: Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
5. Guest Conduct
5.1 Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and comply with all hotel policies and local laws.
5.2 Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay. Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacement.
5.3 Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and designated non-smoking areas. Violation may result in cleaning fees.
6. Conference Rooms and Event Venues
6.1 Booking: Conference room and event venue bookings are subject to separate terms and conditions provided at the time of booking.
6.2 Equipment: Use of audio-visual equipment and other facilities is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
6.3 Catering: Food and beverage services must be arranged through our approved vendors or in-house catering services.
7. Restaurant Services
7.1 Reservations: Restaurant reservations are recommended and subject to availability.
7.2 Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when making your reservation.
7.3 Dress Code: Smart casual attire is required in our restaurant facilities.
8. Limitation of Liability
Hotel Management System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Privacy

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
